Ansh-eh Zafon Region has bragging rights.  Rabbi Aaron Melman, of Congregation Beth Shalom, Northbrook, Illiniois, gave the opening invocation to the United States House of Representatives a few years ago.  Rabbi Melman grew up in the Ansh-eh Zafon region, and is the son of proud father, and Past Regional President Neil Melman.  Rabbi Melman is a strong supporter of his congregation's Men's Club.
