When Covid first hit and many of our members lost jobs, we created a networking board so members can post if they needed to fill jobs or had talent to help someone else.
An email was sent first within our club and then to include the NNJR to help members who lost jobs during Covid network with those who may be hiring or have a need for talent. The goal was to help those who needed work match with those who may have some opportunities available within their organization.

We were able to help some members connect with others and make some meaningful connections. Not sure if there were any offers extended, we did what we could to help those who needed it.
This was Jewish Men helping other Jewish Men during this horrible period. We looked to build our community and help those who needed to provide for their families.
Helping each other out was a positive thing to do.
