First you need a member willing to share his story with others. During COVID-19 we promoted only through social media and emails to the congregation and to Men's Club members. Our congregation is streaming Shabatt Services, the Rabbi promoted our event at the end of services as part of overall synagogue announcements. Out synagogue website has a Men's Club site and our events are supported on the website. A registration page is there, once registered, the registered get the Zoom link in an email. The registration page also has a link to make a donation to the club. The donation could be specific or to a general fund. You would need a Zoom account or MS Teams if you prefer a Microsoft product. There needs to be a host who can control the room. The story needs to be prepared in advance with all materials ready to be shared on the host's screen. Questions should be directed through the chat room and should only go to specific hosts of the event.
