Held program on Feb.4th explaining how to safely use the Internet and voice identity theft. Let by Lyle Cowart.
Held regional meeting that was led by FJMC staff and invited other Men's clubs for a program on the Jews of Calcutta.
PROGRAMMING
Programs may be one-time events or ongoing endeavors. Please briefly describe program.
Hanukkah Fest was a joint program held with our Sisterhood. Men's Club prepares/serves food during Sisterhood Shabbat.
Assemble and disassemble a replica of the Kotel to enhance the Yom Ha'azmaut celebration (called Daven at the Kotel).
Volunteer to lead services on Friday evening at Manora Manor (a nursing home) on the 4th Friday of each month.
Men's Club coordinates and provides the ushers for the High Holidays and we set up the sanctuary prior to the High Holidays.
Our Men's Club Shabbat is held both on Friday night and Saturday morning including preparing the Kiddush.
Liaison for CBI at Jewish Heritage night at the Tampa Bay Rays. Co-sponsored Jewish Film Festival.
Participated in a beer night event in Tampa with other mens clubs.
Purchased Yasher Koach certificates through FJMC.
