My previous email I included the link to Quality REGION Award. I intended to link to the Quality CLUB Award which also need to be updated because it lists 2019 dates and the linked PDF of the criteria does the same.

I changed references to 2019 to 2020 and I removed the link to submit applications. See previous versions to restore that text for 2020. I changed the link name to the 2018-19 award criteria to remove the date from the name although the PDF still has 2018-19 in the title. When a new QCA chair is appointed, this should be updated.
