This program was a three part lecture/discussion series on the Jewish origins of Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People". The series was presented by a rabbi and psychologist and tied together how Jewish traditions and halacha speak very clearly about how to be an effective human in the 21st century.
The Jewish Sources to the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
This was a 3 part lection and discussion series, open to public, about how Jewish tradition and halacha teaches us how we can be effective in our jobs, our relationships and our daily lives. This program was conceived of and delivered by Rabbi Yitzi Weiner of the Sharon Kollel and Dr. Paul Davidson, a member and past president of Temple Israel Brotherhood.
Combining their talents and drawing from Covey, the Talmud, Mishna, Torah, Jewish tradition, they presented each habit from a Jewish perspective and psychological perspective.
The program was attended by both Brotherhood members as well as participants from the general Temple Israel congregation and the Sharon Jewish community (other Temples) at large.
It was very well received with many positive comments and served to promote the Brotherhood in general and as a training aid for its members.
