We will host a learning session for our entire religious school led by Rabbi Nadav Caine and Ritual Assistant Meg Bernstein. Congregational volunteers and parents will assist students in wrapping their own tefillin. Kindergarten through third grade will use candy (licorice and fruit-by-the-foot); Fourth and fifth grade will make their own mock tefillin in class and then use them during the event; sixth grade and up will wrap with real tefillin. The program will run about 30-45 minutes.
