This is not for the Springfield Club its for the NNJ Region. This program was our re imagined MOY/YOY dinner that became a celebration because of COVID. Instead of out normal dinner we spent several months pre-recording all the segments for both our celebrations. Because of the size of the region and the amount of time, we did two of these celebration one for the Southern half the other for the Northern.
This program is designed to honor men and youth from each club as well as a Regional MOY. Each recipient is honored with a plaque and presentation as well as an ad journal. This event is also a fund raiser. The clubs solicit ads for the region and this year they got a 33% rebate from all ads credited to their clubs. The program itself is not whats remarkable its how we were able to re-imagine it for Covid that is remarkable.

Self Assessment
The program was an absolute success. We were able to keep our clubs involved and helped them in their fund raising efforts in a year that many clubs were not able to fund raise or like the case with my own club we turned all our money over to the Temple to help with the COVID emergency.
Innovation was the key this year. We had to start from scratch and rethink something that had been done live for more than 30 years and make it worthy of the honorees, entertaining for the viewers and still raise the revnue that the region and the clubs count on annually.
We were able to highlight the achievements of the men and the youth of our region. To show how they lead their communities.
